Hi. I’m Judy Brosco with Expert Village and
in this segment we’re ready to unroll and frost our yule log cake. Down here we have
the log that we have had in the refrigerator setting for, chilling in the fridge for about
an hour. So we’re going to carefully unwrap it, placing it on our platter. Choose a serving
platter that you want to serve it on.
And from the end piece we’re going to cut a slight angle. Just about an inch to an inch
and a half. We’re going to take this piece and we’re going to lay it on top. We’re going
to clean up our platter just a bit from where we cut, and we’re going to use wax paper strips
underneath so we can get ready to frost.
