  1. Michael Bublé uses about 10% autotune, I think. Charlie Puth also uses autotune, but when Michael's trying to get the old-time feel, that's way more noticeable.

  2. Merry belated Christmas, babe.. 😁
Great video! I think the "babe" is just a habit that makes her feel comfortable in her voice.

  3. Hi Georgina👋 I thought they sounded great together. Love Michael Buble's voice 🇨🇦❤ he has such a nice tone. Ariana does a few too many riffs for me but I do think she has a pretty voice. Good rendition of Santa Claus is coming to town. Their voices blended nicely 🎅🎄😊

  4. "Babe" is an expression of passion, of soul. God, you're coming of across as a Debbie Downer sometimes I swear.
As for the mic thing, I pretty sure the network isolated a bit their voices in order to cancel out the noisy audience
She said "Michael Bublé everybody" at the end

  5. Totally agree with you 💕 I just love your collab with Yazik on Sarah Geronimo's performance. If you are curious more about her own style and technique, please react to her "Into the Sun" music video. Thank you and more power 💕

  6. "Saaaaanta claus is coming to town BABE " in 2014

If she sang that song this year "Santa Claus iiiiiiiiiiiiiis coming toooooo toooown YUH "

  7. You are incredibly rigid. She's getting into it and feeling the soul, so the "babe" is added by instinct at that point. I don't think it's too much at all, it feels organic.

  8. Georgina you should deffinetely react to her rendition of All I Want For Christmas Is You, and O'Holy Night, she covered Mariah and did A M A Z I N G, she did it with a whole Chorus behind her and I think you'll enjou analizing the vocals there cuz it was from 2012 and she had much better phrasing

  9. I dont even know why people says she is the next mariah carey… Just imagine how mariah will perform this song with michael buble…. The tone, the resonance, the phrasing, the melisma…none of these can be compared to Mariah …

  10. I think Ariana has a beautiful voice and tone but I can’t understand half of what she is singing … and that goes for most of her performances

  11. You should react to a variety of singers and performers, like, Billie Eilish, FKA Twigs, Rosalía, Lizzo, and more of Beyonce, Harry Styles, Sia, Lana Del Rey, etc. You know, different and interesting ones?! Xo love.

  12. I could have been better without the "Baby" as well. Not sure why the musicians think they need to add words like that in Christmas songs.
I am not a big fan of Ariana Grande. I have never heard of Michael Buble. But I enjoyed the song.

  13. Lmao! Everyone has something they may add on it’s such a habit! Ariana said babe in the past now she says “yuh”, and Mariah in the beginning of her career would say “Yeah” a lot lol. Then like 20 years in she started saying “Aye”

  14. Ariana's lack of diction drives me crazy it's like she has a lazy tongue. I rarely understand a word she sings I think it actually takes away from her amazing voice.

  15. Babe or baby and yuh are Ariana’s signature phrases she uses especially baby been adding that to her live songs for years

  16. At 2:00 Ariana doesn't say Sake-Ah.. She says "oh" which is part of the lyrics. ' so be good for goodness sake OH you better watch out…'

    Just something I noticed ☺️

  17. This performance was 5 years ago when every artist was using the words "baby" and "babe" in their songs, it became so common that you didnt even recognize it anymore, but since you rarely hear it in songs now it bothers you when you go back and listen to the old songs when they have baby and babe in every sentence.

  18. hey there! since you seem to be going thru a christmas sort of reaction phase and you're my favourite voice teacher here in youtube, i'd love it if you'd react to jessie j's Santa Claus Is Coming To Town live on good morning america! it's a lil dated but it fits the theme, thanks in advance 🙂

  19. ari adding “babe” and “baby” is just her adding her own twist to the song. they said from the start that it wouldn’t be like the original. I personally liked the fact that she felt like she could add some extra bits

  20. I honestly dont mind the "babes" I feel like it gives the performance a little spice. I dont think it conflicted with the song in anyway and there were a lot of riffs and improvisations but hey it just shows that its live and they're really that good. Idk I respectfully disagree with what you said about those things.

  21. I hate how Ariana (and some other american singers) add extra words and make all songs sound really cheap and basic 🙁 you can make a riff with just a vowel of 'mmmm'
Buble is great though. His mic distance is really impressive and he always seem very relaxed on stage

  22. In the hype around the "Beste Zangers" I saw many vocal coaches and other reactors. Compliments to you Georgina. You clearly stands out.

  23. 2014 was really the year of babe and baby for Ariana lmao 😂 obsessed with the runs and this breathy tone though
